Codegeist is Atlassian’s annual global hackathon that challenges developers to extend Atlassian products through custom apps and integrations on the Forge platform. This edition celebrates the speed, precision, and innovation synonymous with Williams Racing, encouraging creators to build solutions that help teams work faster, smarter, and more collaboratively.

What to Build
Create applications using Atlassian Forge that integrate with at least one Atlassian product or capability (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, or Compass) in one of these categories:
- Apps for Software Teams:
Build tools to streamline engineering workflows such as code reviews, deployment automation, and issue tracking, increasing developer productivity.
- Apps for Business Teams:
Create apps that enhance collaboration among marketing, sales, HR, finance, support, or legal teams, helping them make smarter, faster decisions.
- Apps for Specialized Industries:
Leverage your industry expertise in healthcare, banking, automotive, manufacturing, or others to solve real business challenges with tailored Atlassian apps.
Bonus Prizes
- Best Runs on Atlassian Apps — $2,000 to 6 projects using Atlassian's Runs program
- Best Rovo Apps — $2,000 to 6 projects leveraging Forge rovo:agent and action modules
- Best App built using Rovo Dev — $2,000 to 6 projects built with Rovo Dev and promoted on social media
Submission Requirements
- Provide an installation link for judges to test your app
- Submit a demo video showcasing your app’s features
- Choose and mention your submission category
- Complete submission via Devpost platform
