GeNarrative Clash 2026
Where Generative AI Meets Human Creativity

Are you ready to redefine how stories are told, music is composed, and digital art is created? GeNarrative Clash is Kolkata's premier Prompt Engineering & AI Building Challenge, organized by the GeeksforGeeks Student Chapter at Techno India University.

Hands-On AI & API Masterclass (Included)
Don't worry if you are new to AI development! Before the live challenge kicks off, every participant gets access to an exclusive 1-Hour Hands-On Masterclass on AI Development & API Integration. Learn how to harness cutting-edge LLMs, query GenAI APIs, and leverage rapid prototyping tools so you can build a solid, production-ready product with confidence.

🎁 Perks, Bounties & Swag
Cash Bounties & Prize Pool: Generous rewards or prizes for top-performing teams and winners.
Exclusive Swags: Official sponsor goodies for top 12 finalists.
Certificates for All: Official certificates of participation and achievement for all attending hackers.

🎨 The Challenge: Empowering the Creative Artist (Open Track)

Generative AI shouldn't replace human creators, it should supercharge them! GeNarrative Clash features an Open Track focused on building real-world solutions that assist, elevate, and support creative artists in their work.

You are free to solve any real-world problem in the artistic or creative domain.

Inspiration & Potential Project Directions:

Storytelling & Narrative Assistants: GenAI co-writers that help authors outline complex multiverses, generate dynamic dialogue, or build interactive narratives.
AI Music & Sound Studios: Production-ready suites that assist musicians with harmonies, stem generation, or intelligent sound design.
Autonomous Creator Agents: GenAI agents and social media co-pilots that help digital creators manage, format, and schedule content tailored to their target audience.
Digital Art & Visual Co-Pilots: Tools that aid animators, illustrators, and designers in concept generation and workflow automation.

βš™οΈ Hackathon Rules & Technical Freedom
No Tech Stack Restrictions: You are completely free to use any programming language, framework, API, or LLM (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or open-source models).
The 50/50 Pre-Building Rule: To ensure high-quality, production-ready submissions, teams are permitted to pre-build up to 50% of their project before event day (wireframes, boilerplate code, trained prompts, or baseline UI). The remaining 50% of the project must be built live during the 6-hour hacking sprint.
