About this event
Katy Youth Hacks 2026 is a free, virtual, beginner-friendly hackathon where students from around the world come together to learn, build, and innovate. Over three days, participants will collaborate in teams (or work solo) to create technology solutions inspired by this year's theme, Tech for Humanity.
Whether you're an experienced programmer, a designer, an entrepreneur, or completely new to coding, Katy Youth Hacks welcomes students of all skill levels. Workshops, mentors, and community support will help you turn your ideas into reality.
Throughout the event, participants can expect hands-on workshops, inspiring speakers, mentorship from industry professionals, networking opportunities, exciting challenges, and the chance to showcase their projects to a panel of judges for prizes and recognition.
Come learn new skills, meet students from around the world, and use technology to make a meaningful impact!
