About this event
Makeathon 7.0 is our flagship National Level 24-hour Hardware and Software Hackathon organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE), in association with RACE, IETE-SF and ECEA. Our event brings together innovative student teams from across engineering institutions to collaborate, ideate and develop impactful technological solutions to real-world challenges. Over an intensive 24-hour build cycle, participants work across diverse domains such as Electronics, Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT and other emerging technologies to design and implement functional prototypes. Supported by mentorship from faculty, alumni and industry experts, Make-A-Thon 7.0 emphasizes a strong “Project-to-Product” approach, encouraging participants to transform ideas into scalable, practical solutions. Our hackathon serves as a dynamic platform for innovation, hands-on learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful industry-academia interaction, empowering students to build solutions with real-world relevance and impact.
