PRAGYAN 2K26 – National-Level Hackathon

Theme: Innovation & Entrepreneurship for the SDGs 2030
Format: Online Video Round + 24-Hour Innovation Sprint (Final Round)

📌 ABOUT THE HACKATHON

Pragyan 2K26 is a national-level hackathon that brings together young innovators to build practical solutions to real-world problems. Teams will work on ideas that combine innovation and entrepreneurship in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. The event ends with a 24-hour innovation sprint in the final round.

📅 IMPORTANT DATES

Phase 1 (Online)
- Registration: 17 September – 10 October 2026
- Submission Deadline: 13 October 2026

Phase 2 (Final Round)
- 24–25 October 2026

💰 REGISTRATION FEE

- ₹500 per team for the first round
- Selected teams will pay the final-round fee separately, as specified by the organizers.

🎬 PHASE 1: VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Teams must submit a 3–5 minute video presentation explaining an innovative solution to a real-world problem aligned with any one of the hackathon tracks.

Problem Statements: In Phase 1, teams choose their own problem statement. In Phase 2, the problem statements will be provided by the organizers.

The video must include:
- A clear problem statement and its relevance
- The proposed solution, including its uniqueness, feasibility and potential impact
- An explanation of how the solution works, its key features and expected outcomes
- Supporting material, if any: prototype, PPT, website, app demo, working model or other relevant material

📋 VIDEO GUIDELINES

- The presentation must be in English.
- Duration must be strictly between 3 and 5 minutes.
- The video should be clear, well structured and easy to understand.
- Upload the final video to the Google Drive folder/link provided by the organizers, wherever applicable.
- Name the video with your Team Name/Team ID and make sure it is accessible.
- If you submit through your own Google Drive, set sharing access to "Anyone with the link" and submit the link through the designated form.
- Keep your original presentation files, prototypes, research material and other supporting documents for future reference.
