Proposals can be Games, Applications/Websites, Radio programmes/Podcasts, Artistic work (comics, short videos, documentaries), Educational toolkits, Youth organization campaigns, Community-based interventions, or other creative modalities.

No, participation in the UNESCO Youth Hackathon 2026 is free.

What do the winning teams receive?

Accepted Answer

Four winning teams will be invited to the Voices European Festival of Journalism and Media Freedom in Thessaloniki, Greece (26–28 November 2026). UNESCO will cover flights, accommodation, and meals for 2 members of each winning team.
